Screenwriter

Martin Kalanda is an Art Director, illustrator, designer, and writer living in NYC. As a screenwriter his work received an Honorable Mention at the Big Apple Film Festival Screenplay Competition (2022) and official selections at the LA International Horror Film Festival, Hollywood Blood Horror Festival and Austin After Dark Film Festival (2022).

A political refugee from Czechoslovakia Martin’s work explores the underdog, overlooked, and stateless nature of people struggling in the world. He is also the Co-Founder of RSOAA.com an independent institution, gallery, and studio helping artists from around the world showcase their work.
